The MobileCare project aims to enhance social dialogue and labor mobility within the EU, focusing on the home-based care sector. Recognizing the sector’s importance and its challenges, the project seeks to improve conditions for workers and employers by identifying best practices, addressing social dialogue needs, and facilitating capacity building. Key activities include research, national and EU-level consultations, workshops, policy recommendations, and conferences. Through these efforts, MobileCare hopes to influence EU policies, supporting sustainable labor mobility and better social dialogue across six EU countries and Serbia over a two-year period.
